ABL’s charging pole, the eMC3 for the public sector, meets all the requirements of the VDE-AR-N4100 standard and is compliant to German calibration law. The eMC3 effortlessly meets the protection class II, which is mandatory for public-area charging poles. Moreover, the required lineside meter fuse as well as the adapter for the electronic residential meters are integrated in the new housing. Of course, the eMC3 is equipped for communicating with a backend. Non-glare LED lights show the operating status of the charging pole, even from afar.
The double powder-coated metal housing is protected against dust and splashing water. Rainwater can easily run off towards the back over the curved housing. We offer a plinth for installation which is both designed to enable the eMC3 to be easily anchored to any ground surface, so that the pole appears to be floating in the air. The triple-secured folding handle for opening the large front door is located at the side of the housing and offers the safety needed for the public sector.
