Pillars for Ports and Camping Areas, provide electricity and water to users, based on the prepayment they have made to the system administrator. Charging is usually done using a multipurpose card, but chips or coins can be used to pay as well.

PAYMENT METHODS
RFID Card
Uses contactless smart cards (RFID).
Two-way communication to charge the card or return the balance to the card.
Using coins
The system works with coins of 0.50 € or 1.00 €.
The user shall place in the slot as many coins as the administrator sets as the minimum amount of charge.
Using chips
The user places in the slot the chip supplied by the administrator.
The chips are plastic, personalized in their shape, offering greater security in transactions.

Electrical and Hydraulic equipment
Free choice of number of single-phase and three-phase sockets from 16A to 250A and water supplies of 1/2 “, 3/4” or 1 “.
Scalable system
Billing cards and software can be expanded to include marina access gates, communal baths, fuel, etc.
RFID Cards
The cards have a built-in electronic contact element, which when it comes in contact with the card reader automatically turns on or off the power or water supply depending on the user’s choice. At the end of the year, the user can get back the remaining amount or credit his card with the desired amount.
The cards are re-registrable, reusable, and operate with a NON-CONTACT system. The prepaid system requires for its operation only the power supply of Pillar and operates autonomously without requiring connection to a central PC, via wired or wireless network. The cards communicate via radio frequencies with the Pillar electronic system, by simply placing them on its outer surface.
Easy to use software
The software allows easy and secure management of charges and credit for the unused amount. Displays the consumption in real time for each user in (Kwh) and (m³) or in euros (€) and gives the possibility of personalizing charges for each user.

Pillars are easy to install, reliable and low maintenance costs by the user’s staff after proper training
Electronic System
The electronic prepaid card charge and consumption control panel has a large LCD TFT display with 2 rows of digits for user information in two languages (Greek or English). The power and water selection buttons for flow selection are illuminated.
The electronic equipment of the system must include a protection device with automatic safety. The central control unit of the system, which is also installed in Pillar, has a communication port so that its software can be upgraded in the future.
Reliable electricity and water meters
GEYER electric meters provide accurate class-1 measurements, with digital consumption display and control consumption 16A, 32A or 63A while flying MID approval. Water meters are brass volume meters (pulse) with integrated numbering.

The system is CE certified and GEYER Hellas SA is certified according to EN ISO 9001: 2015, EN ISO 14001: 2015 and OHSAS 18001 : 2007.
